Although Shenyang is one of the biggest cities in China, the cost of living is considerably lower compared with other big cities. Shenyang City University has set the tuition fee for undergraduate full-time students at 18000 RMB per year. And we recommend that a single student will need minimum of 30000 RMB per year to cover basic living expenses.
